Steps On How to Generate your Screening Form

1. log in to http://studentportal.unilag.edu.ng/(S(ga1mylkih0jzvi5vztignjnz))/StudentLoginPage.aspx  your jamb reg no as matric nummber and surname in small letters as password ...

2. Change your Password 

3. Update your biodata and Educational backround

4. Upload all your documents ( Birth Certificate, Admission letter, State of origin certificate, O'level result, Reference Letter, Testimonial, and N.D/NCE/HND/B.SC certificate.

5. Generate your ScreeningForm

6. proceed to your faculty for registration..
